Step 1: Free Discovery Call
We’ll chat for a few minutes and get to know each other.
I’ll ask about your business, your current successes and struggles, and how I can help you. You’ll have plenty of time to share what’s most important to you about your business and what you’re looking for.
If we agree that we’d be good fit to work together, we’ll move on to step two! -
Step 2: Free Diagnostic Review
Your mechanic can’t diagnose your car trouble without looking under the hood — the same is true for finance experts! I’ll conduct a review of your books and present you with a customized proposal suited to your unique needs.
Whether we end up working together or not, I’m certain that this review process will leave you with deeper understanding of your books and I count that as time well spent! -
Step 3: Hire me!
There are three different approaches I’ll employ for your project, based on what I find in your review:
• Catch Up: Your books are behind and you simply need to bring everything up-to-date.
• Clean Up: Your books have been worked on but there are things that need to be undone/corrected.
• Carry On: Your books are caught up through the current period and you just need someone to pick up where your last bookkeeper left off.
Once a project hits the Carry On phase, Strategic Support Services can be added. Following a signed contract and your first payment, I’ll jump right in!
